This is Emery Rain. She was born fifteen weeks early, weighing only one pound ten ounces. Since her birth she has had twelve surgeries; one heart, two eye and nine brain surgeries. Despite all she has been through, Emery is doing remarkably well. She is now two and a half (turning three years old this November) and even though she is still learning to walk she is able to carry on a conversation, play, imagine, and problem solve.
As one can image, and as many of you who have been following Emery’s story know, her medical costs are significant. We have thrown together a campaign to help raise money for those medical bills. We have created two ways to participate with Photographs For Emery and every dollar that goes to booking a session or purchasing a fine art print goes straight to paying for a pervious doctor’s visit, a surgery, a hospital stay, or an ambulance ride.
Covering an array of family, child, maternity or new born – book a 30 minute or 50 minute session, receive a disk with your chosen high res images, includes printing rights to those images, and you are also provided with an online gallery to view and purchase any of the images from the session. Purchase a session for you or to gift to someone else and book the session to take place before November 6th 2013 (Emery’s third birthday). If you prefer for us to come to you to photograph outside of Firestone Colorado, it is $1 per mile (this includes Colorado Springs area, north to Fort Collins, and West to Estes Park or Evergreen.

I am scheduled to be in the area three times this summer to photograph some beautiful weddings. With each trip north I have set aside a date that is solely for Photographs For Emery Bookings.

If there are any folks in Chicago that would like to take advantage of these rates and wants to schedule a booking – find a few other families and I would be happy to add an additional day to one of my trips stated above. A minimum of 4 families will be needed. A travel feel will not apply if all photo sessions will take place within the same town.

Find 10 families to book a session and we will schedule a trip out there. A travel feel will not apply.

We know there are some of you who do not wish to be in front of the lens but enjoy photographs just the same. So we have put aside a gallery of six fine art prints that can be purchased. Every dollar paid for the prints will go directly to Emery’s medical bills, just like the sessions above. The images will be printed as a 11×16 on a 13×19 fine art paper (a white boarder will surround the image). In the gallery there will be options for purchasing the image for $50, $100, or $250. There is no limit on how many prints you can purchase. If by chance you would like to purchase a print for a price not listed, just shoot us an email and we will be happy to make arrangements for you. Please note at check out there will be a $5 or $8 charge for shipping & handling depending on your shipping location.
