This past Friday I asked on my Instagram and my personal Facebook page if people would share three words they would use to describe Austyn Elizabeth Photography. Hitting “post” and “share” was such a petrifying moment; but I was humbled and in awe of the many words that were said. Timeless, artistic, genuine, luminous, real, authentic, enduring, and heartfelt were a few of the words used. I love them all.

Things are changing over here and I’m super excited for where it’s going. I promise to be more real with you. To be more honest. And to not just show you the beautiful moments of life, but the nitty gritty too. Beauty is found everywhere. And the beauty that is the most captivating is found in the unexpected.

Down to my core I want to document real moments. Real stories. Real lives.
