Date nights are a needed thing in life. In the chaos of the move this past summer, date nights were so immensely few and far between. A couple days before we would begin the drive from Denver to San Luis Obispo with the moving truck, we ran away for the evening in one of the cutest coolest cars around. We had been borrowing a friends Manx and I won’t deny that it is now on a wish list to have as our own. We decided on driving into Boulder and enjoy an evening at Avery Brewing Co. They had recently moved into a new location and it is so impressive! We always opt to sit at the bar in fancy restaurants (not only do you experience a different level of enjoyment witnessing and interacting with the staff on a personal level, you also have a tendency to get free things. We learned this at a sushi restaurant.) Any who, we knew the beer was already amazing and so impressed with the food! It was unbelievable. We both ordered their Friday Special – Roast Tenderloin. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. If you are in the area, you need to go enjoy a flight, a couple beers and the amazing food.
