Mackenzie + Neal were the third couple to ever to have a Cass Winery Barrel Room wedding! The third, EVER! Which holds a whole new level of awesomeness because I got to photograph it! If you’ve been here on the site for a while, you know I have a sweet spot of Cass Winery. It held the first wedding we photographed after moving here to the Central Coast 4 years ago and I love that I have been able to watch it grow. Their new Barrel Room is amazing. With windows everywhere and those views! It does not disappoint. Let alone… it makes those 100 degree days much more pleasant when you can retreat to air conditioning.

Mackenzie and Neal are those kind of people who make you feel comfortable when you’re around them. The love they share with each other is so sincere and beautiful – it’s been a privilege to be able to document this part of their story for them. And the family and friends who surround them are top notch. When we get to walk in to these families and witness the middle of these relationships, watching interactions and how everyone stands along side to support each other — it always is so moving. It makes us, as odd as it sounds, proud of the lives and relationships our couples have. Mackenzie and Neal are one of them. And I honestly am so excited to see where this life takes them.
