Meghan + Andrew’s destination wedding was more than perfect. The calm and gentleness that filled the room when these two were present is something you don’t aways witness at a wedding — but it’s something you quickly appreciate and admire about them so much. As we walked to the field for their first look Meghan expressed how in awe she was that everything for this day was for her and Andrew. You can tell the way they interact and embrace others, they truly were so appreciate of everything. Being apart of their day was so humbling and honoring – they are the sweetest couple. Meghan was absolutely stunning. The lace of her dress was so unique and gorgeous, paired with her perfect red rose bouquet by Brigitte at Floral Design of Europe was breathtaking. Della Terra Mountain Chateau was the perfect backdrop for their  classic and sophisticated wedding. Colorado Rose Cake Company’s created a beautiful wedding cake and to honor Andrew’s career, they brought in several donuts from the Donut Haus in town that filled the whole room with the aroma of confection. I can still smell them.

As with every wedding, it is always interesting to see all the friends and family who surround the couple. It really was so beautiful to see how many out of state guests came to celebrate the two of them. During the ceremony they sang a beautiful hymns that brought even myself to tears. It’s easy for us as photographers to fall in love with our couples – it doesn’t always happen that you fall in love with the guests too.
